Brian grew up in Kentucky with a family who was surrounded by horses.  He developed a passion for cooking working events and catering gigs, all the while still maintaining the daily chores of feeding and driving horses.  He eventually found his passion of horses exceeded his desire to cook and joined a dude ranch as a wrangler.  Today, Brian farms full time while running a horse training  and carriage rides business.

Karen grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin.  She always wanted to own a horse but according to her dad they were considered "hay burners".  She attended college for equine science and technology and this set her on a path to a life with horses.  Through an internship at college is where she met Brian Allmoslecher.  Karen holds certifications in kinesiology taping, raindrop therapy, thermal imaging and deep and light equine massage therapy.  She specializes in starting horses from the ground up with foundational training.
